Hello & Welcome.

Hello & Welcome.

My name is Erol Berkeley-Hanson, LCSW, LICSW.  I provide telehealth therapy for teens and adults in Oregon and Washington. My work is grounded in a relational, person-centered approach and I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s shaped by what you bring into the room. In our sessions, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which can be most helpful for people with symptoms/diagnosis of ADHD or Anxiety, parenting challenges, those going through life transitions, experiencing work or school-related stress, or navigating difficult relationship dynamics. I also offer more directive, solution-focused therapy specifically to strengthen executive functioning- particularly helpful for clients with ADHD who may struggle with organization, time management, and follow-through.

How Do I Help?

How Do I Help?

I believe a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy. I come to session as myself, straight forward, empathetic, and a little sarcastic, and I hope to be able to provide the space for you to be yourself, too. In my many years of experience working in emergency and crisis mental health, I’ve been able to meet and work with so many different people, providing me with a breadth and depth of experience over time.  I’ve enjoyed having the opportunity to create long-standing relationships in private practice and look forward to meeting you. Please feel free to submit a consultation request so we can talk further.
